This Privacy Notice applies to personal data we collect through (i) your pharmacy’s or practice’s participation in TevaOne if you have agreed to participate in TevaOne (including the personal details you provided on the TevaOne sign up form such as your name and email address) and (ii) the Site.

It describes how we use your data and your data protection rights, including a right to object to some of the processing which we carry out. More information about your rights, and how to exercise them, is set out in the “How we store your information and your rights” section.
